Ah well. Still managed to pick up a a Mr Butcher and Gleipnir at half price so I’ll chalk that up as a win.

Really love the look of the Aeronaut, but guessing it would be a little fragile to learn 4A on… lol.
Just finished overspending on sales in the US based shops and along comes YYR with their crazy 50% off.
Kinda confused about how YYR are trying to position themselves in the market with these huge price drops.
Couldn’t resist the urge to get some more YYR! I’ve always liked YYR but lately they have become a favorite of mine. They really are giving great deals lately. I ordered a Z-on, gleipnir, mr butcher and a fragment
They’re getting rid of old stock. My suspicion is that the new YYR is going to be more about a) direct sales with limited partners so they can increase their margins and lower their prices, and b) a smaller number of more expensive yoyos. Dazzler and Draupnir are just the start imo. I think we might see a larger titanium and possibly a smaller hybrid get added to the line-up in the future, and a few standard 7075 throws, but the days of YYR having 10-15 models at any one time are over. Maybe a lower-priced metal like C3 and Something have? I know Kengo is good friends with Mickey and Simpson.
It’ll be interesting to see where YYR take things from here. They’ve already tried their hand at an entry level throw with the Diffusion but I’d like to see them have a crack at an entry level metal. I think Mickey proved with the FirMY that you can cut cost without cutting quality.

u guys what are some opinions on the different yoyos up on the store because i want to buy 3 and dot know what to get the z-on mr. butcher I’m leaning towards atm but i want an undersized yoyo that is solid sleeps long and is weighty

If you want undersized and spins great with a solid feel get a Messiah. It’s one of the best undersized out there
Undersized? Fragment, 6, Messiah. Triplet, Z-ON, and Gleipnir are weighty but not undersized.

Just ordered two Fragments and new Aeroneaut for me and friend, really excited!! First yo-yo I bought in last 10 months 
Was tempted to get some more, but I think Fragment is just most unique and only one I really loved from YYR.
I put a fragment, mr.butcher (red), and aeronaut in my cart. Took a shower. When i came back, the red mr. Butchers were out of stock. Noooooooo

I must have snagged the last one while you were in the shower! I picked up a red Mr. Butcher, blue Gleipnir, and silver Fragment. Sad that I missed the Draupnirs… Any word on the when the Dazzler will be released?

No word! Could be tomorrow, could be weeks from now, guessing it’ll be a while if they didn’t put them up with the Draupnirs and Aeronauts.
