I saw yoyorecreation string ony their website, anyone tried them yet? I’m really curious what these guys can bring to wolrd of string.

Might grab some YYR string with my next order once my bank account’s recovered from my last binge. Tossing up between a Gleipnir and Mr Butcher for my next order. Any experiences or thoughts on either?

The Gleipnir is my favorite YYR so far. It plays faster and lighter than its weight suggests.
Super stable and has strong spins.
I just got an acrophobia today. Oh my. It’s took the blink off its pedestal as my favorite YYR.
They really hit it out of the ballpark with this one! Too bad it’s discontinued…

Right now I have a Gleipnir and I really like it, but it’s a bit vibey. I only have the Overdrive and Gleipnir and I definitely prefer the Glep, but I really want a Mr.Butcher as you can probably see in my posts

I’m probably getting it Monday. I’m even more excited. 
So I’ve been on a major YYR kick lately. Gotta love them! I have a mint (new) Attune. Wow, talk about control. Pretty awesome throw. It’s a little smaller than I prefer though. I’ve been digging larger YYR’s like the Sleipner and Clash. I’m thinking about trading it for another YYR. I have interest in Z-ON, Butcher, Fragment, Gleipner, ReClash, Overdrive, Triplet, ect. I’d like to try something else… PM me if you have a MINT YYR you’d like to trade.

Think they’d listen to us if we all emailed them asking them to make more runs? I figure it’s worth a shot.
Don’t lose hope. Remember the Blink, E=mc^2, and Overdrive were out of stock for too long but they are on stock now.
Unfortunately I emailed YYR directly and they said they have no plans to remake the acrophobia.

Did Kentaro leave YYR? Can’t really see why they’d not make Acros again yet they keep pumping out Stargazers, Gleipnirs, Messiahs, and all these older throws. I’m not convinced there won’t be another run. Are there any other models they’ve stopped making? Seems like even the yearly Clash models stick around for a bit.
Also i’m hoping for a full run of the Perfectstar. I think it’s only seen proto-stage so far.
