I’ve just uploaded a video about Strain Injuries, after I had to take a rest from yoyoing because of some alarming signs from my hand.
It’s not just about the video, I wanted to know if any of you had experiences with such injuries, are they common. And also if you have any input about it.

Not really a result from yoyo play, but my tendinitis keeps me from playing fairly often sadly
