Aha, just found this topic Color ways that you don't care for in the slightest which reminded me… I have to say, I’ve also seen this colorway before and it stayed in stock for a loooong time.
In fact I just checked and it is still for sale at another yoyo store right this second

Some of the older monkeyfinger stuff does look a bit like an explosion at the splash factory 
To defend monkeyfinger’s honor their recent stuff all looks great!
