Okay, sounds good, this should be fun! Today is the day…see you guys at 4pm.
I had a dream that I woke up, looked at the clock, and it was 5 PM. Then I screamed, “NOOOOOOOO!”
Well, I doubt this will be good enough to warrant that nightmare, but I think it will be fun. 
I’m thinking of listing something every 3 minutes with a timer, so that we’re not watching the computer forever. We just need enough time for someone to chime in if they want the thing and post, but then we can move right along. I will re-post the rules before we begin this afternoon. I’ve already got the descriptions and photos ready, and organized, so I’m well prepared. I’m hoping this will run only about one hour, not much more than that. 4p - 5p or 5:15ish.
I just want to ask people not to bump the thread too much during that hour. You’ll just be posting “I’ll take it,” if anything at all. Otherwise it will make it hard to tell who has what when I review the thread later. If someone takes the last item, before the listing of the new item, I’ll mention who got the last one.
I can ship this stuff out tomorrow if I get all the addresses early enough today.
If you say “I take it” right after someone else sais it (so you don’t get the item) can you still not say "i’ll take it) for 3 items? And 3 items- just wanted to make this clear. Hypothetically:
I say “I’ll take it” on item 1, and win the item.
I can’t take item 2
I can’t take item 3
I can’t take item 4.
If I want I can say “I’ll take it” and get the item for item 5?
That’s correct. If you say “I’ll take it,” and you actually get the item, you have to pass on the next three. If you say “I’ll take it” but you don’t get it cause someone else got there first, you’re still in the game, and you don’t have to pass.
That rule was made so that the same person doesn’t take every single thing and leave everyone else high and dry. It gives other people a chance to try for something too. 
An aggressive person can still be quite greedy, but we’re hoping that everyone is on their best behavior for this one, because after all it’s not stuff that’s any big deal anyway.

Oh no I think it’s a great perfect idea.
Yay I’m excited I am in need of some good string and a decent counterweight because my wasp net counter weight is starting to fall apart and isn’t heavy enough for the Yoyo I want it on. But I don’t need much of anything else because most of my yo-yos take flowable silicone that and my grandparents bought me a turning point paranoid from Prague I should be fine for a long time.
I hate using flawable on metals.

Yeah, it’s pretty cheap, but I just like pads so much more.
Aww man my mom says were going sledding I don’t know when we are coming back but I hope I will be in time for part of the giveaway. If not oh well I should be fine. I have a brand new Yoyo to use and enjoy.

Hey TA, what you should do is list out all the prizes on notepad in the order your giving them away (names of prizes). And then put the persons name beside the item they got.
The Small Stuff

Items are given away “as is.” The description will be as accurate as possible, but this is not a contest, just a free giveaway, so you have to accept the item as is.

The item with be shipped with no tracking, which means you are at the mercy of USPS. I will be paying at a USPS clerk, in person, at the post office, and I will have a receipt…but nothing else. These are cheap items, and it is a giveaway and opportunity to get some free stuff. Mailing of free stuff will be the cheapest way possible.

No international shipping. It is just way too expensive for this little stuff to be worth it. Sorry about that.

An item will appear in a photo, with a brief description of it. You will respond with exactly these words “I’ll take it.” The first person to post “I’ll take it,” gets the item mailed out to them. But, if you post “I’ll take it,” (and you get the item), you have to pass on the next 3 items I post before you can try for another item. If you post “I’ll take it,” but someone else posts first and gets the item, you do not have to pass on the next three. So, when you post, “I’ll take it,” make it count. Items may appear more than once, to give someone an opportunity to take it. When a new item appears, the opportunity to snag the last item has lapsed.

Please be kind and considerate of others. If you know someone is looking for response pads, and they pop up, please allow them to get them if you don’t need them. They may do the same for you. It’s all small stuff, so let’s be kind and have some fun.
