Though, you gotta remember, wood Doesn’t really damage yoyos that much. And I don’t think the yoyos had enough force to damage one another. So all-in-all, I think this myth is busted… (Can you tell I spend to much time watching myth busters? Haha)
He was talking about scratches, not massive dings. You can bet there were scratches and probably a ding here and there from all that dragging around and … uh… wind-chiming.

… You have a dream that you and yuuki spencer have an 8-bit (old videogame) yoyo face off and your in the corner desperately trying to land kwyjibo while he’s off doing his crazy stuff… Then above us on the scoreboard it was like one of those old puzzle videoagame where whenever he landed a trick his big fighter character up on the screen punched my wimpy little character once in the face, so his character punched me a million times in a row and mine punched his like 3 times… It was a good dream.

You know you’re obsessed with yoyoing when… you show off your RSL to your co-workers and they know exactly what you’re talking about when you describe what makes it unique. Even the “mother figure” who works front-office (mind you, she’s also the one I show off new tricks to).
When you spend $710 on a limited release titanium yoyo, and when it arrives, it blows you away and you think it was worth every penny.
