This may seem like a stupid question…but I don’t get it…what is your precious? LOL. I am guessing that you mean your yoyo or something…I feel kind of dumb that I can’t figure this out, hahaha.
It’s a reference to “Lord of the Rings”. There’s a creepy little character, I have forgotten his name, Gollum or something. He keeps referring to the ring as; “…my precious.”

I say stuff to my throws at night before going to bed. Ill throw for like 10-15 minutes in the bedroom while talking to my wife when she’s laying in bed. Then I’ll tell my throw good night. I always tell my worn out strings that I enjoyed them and good bye before praising my new string in front of my wife. Lines like, “there’s nothing better than the feeling of a new string before going to bed”. It’s became quite the bedroom ritual at night.
I think you might want to explore some better bedtime rituals…

Well it’s not really a “bedtime” ritual. It’s a night time ritual after we get ready to “lay down”.
