Yes - since the KMK bearings come pre-lubed there is a decent break in period before they play completely unresponsive.
Usually a good week of play and you should notice a significant difference. To speed up the process if you have it 1-2 small drops of thin lube helps break down the factory lube in the bearing. But you will notice a different pretty fast with play. Also as the silicone itself breaks in that helps too!
