I use mineral spirits to clean my yoyo but the mineral spirits are a milky white. Is this typical?

The mineral spirits I use is pretty much clear. Is it white before you clean the bearing or after?
I’ve never seen white mineral spirits. Look for paint thinner, it’s clear and works they same.
The white and milky kind are what I usually find for cleaning oil paint from brushes for painting houses, but as long as comes off and doesn’t leave a residue it should be fine. Personally, I use artistic grade mineral spirits, in my case Gamsol, since it’s stronger and doesn’t have as much scent when using it.
