To answer your question, it really depends on what you are looking for, and your preferences. Seeing as your favorite yoyo is a Raptor, if you already have it, I believe you don’t need any of these options. But if you want to try something new, we need to know your preferences. Which shape appeals do you best (sharp, rounded, etc.) Do you prefer a solid or floaty yoyo? What is your playing style like (fast, technical, etc.)?
On the other hand, if this is your first yoyo, you might want to consider the YYJ Prelude, to start off.
Go with what looks coolest to you.

imo, chaser is by far the best. DON"T GET THE WHIP
Honestly i thought the whip was alright for a complete beginner but i like the velocity better to grow as a beginner but that doesn’t mean the whip sucks. If you’re moving into more harder tricks get the chaser.
