I’d get yoyofactory natural pads. Haven’t had the need to use them yet, but I’ve heard they’re great.

And I would say IrPads are really good. YYF’s blue grippy pads are nice as well.
Different pads seem to work better in different yoyos. IrPads are great because they pretty much come in every flavour under the sun in terms of size, thickness (thin or regular), and hardness (soft, regular, hard).
