All these yoyo companies come out and my question, how/where do they get them manufactured because I was wondering and I kinda want to make a small run of custom yoyos.

I do not know anything about yoyo manufacturing lol
maybe getting a custom run made is something you might want to hold off on then - it seems you’re not quite prepared for that yet.
