V1 was more of an imperial or modified shap, V2 is a butterfly shape
In addition to what Q said, when I compared the picture of the '10 Flea with my '09 Flea, it looks like they are using a much thicker axle instead of the tiny one in the original. I haven’t actually seen any confirmation of that, but it sure looks like it to me. It looks a lot more sturdy.
