Transform the company into something other than a simple laser engraving yoyo design and distribution hub. Total Transformation for the purpose of destroying One Drop sale the way Indian Motorcycle did to Harley Davidson in recent history when it comes to quality, profitability, performance and handlingâŠIndian Reigns Supreme!
I want them to enjoy paying less tariffs and shipping costs from imports made in China.
I want them to gain more control over supply chain, pricing, and quality control. Convince them to pay a living wage and support Arizona families and local economies. Help them with sustainability initiatives worthy of your continued Brand Loyalty. Say the way New Belgium Brewery does by contributing 1% of sales to help with clean water initiatives and conservation here on Earth, for expample.

Would have to be Yoyo Expert for me. I know itâs not a yoyo company in the same way a company that only makes yoyos is, but I love what they do for the community. From the outside looking in, it seems like a nice place to work.

Yoyo expert or the direct competitor would be a fun place to work.
I would be on the freshly dirty team for free. Those guys are just great. G2 is a solid operation and while I have no idea what i could add it would be a great time to work with Matt and Jake.
Also Dressel, mk1, TRT, and recess are all great folks that would be fantastic to work with.
ZGRT would be cool too be would I really go to Canada to hang with the team lol.

This is an interesting question to ponder because I really enjoy design but most of my designs are oddball enough that Iâm sure not a reputable company would build any for production.
Picture me trying to explain to One Drop why the next big thing is going to be a hexagonal yoyo with a bearing size usually reserved for dental drills.
Or the next Duncan board meetingâŠ
Closest possible answerâŠ. Give me a couple months at Tom Kuhn to make whatever outlandish stuff I want. We are going back to the 90a with an Ask Jeeves collab, thatâs right. Ask Jives. Wooden Bullet in production scale. Weird Pals rolling off the conveyor belt, special edition signed by Daniel Radcliffe. Sleep Machines are back as Wake Machines because TK is back baby.
Now that that dream is out of the way I saw my name somehow come up in this thread a couple times so maybe Iâll make some tshirts lol.

Team Enso for life for me baby. They SPOIL us and the owners and team have become some of my closest friends. But they take care of us with Travel, insane yoyos, custom uniforms even with custom nikes ect. We also game together a bunch so itâs always something fun with them. I feel so lucky to be with them. If you go to contests, youâll be seeing a bunch of us this year!
