I found out that there is something inside my bearing. What can i do to get it out?
Well what is it? Can you take a pick of it?
If its just some very small debris then you can just deshield it and clean the bearing in mineral spirits or lighterfluid. Just put some in a sealable container with your bearing in it and shake the crap out of it. That should get your debris out and then make sure you dry it and lube it before using again.
