How do I clean a Yoyo Bearing?

Hey Guys!
I just bought a Metal Drifter from Toys R’ Us, and I want it to be Unresponsive, but I don’t know how to clean a bearing. Can somebody tell me how to clean a Yoyo Bearing?

Take the bearing and put it in a glass of lighter fluid. Then shake it for like 2 minutes. Then take the bearing out and put a drop of lighter fluid into it. Then finally put it into the yoyo and spin it for about a minute. After that all you do is play with it for a while and let the bearing break in.
