I throw everywhere I go. Im always extremely spaciously aware of my surroundings and its pretty common sense to know where you should and shouldnt throw. Only place ive been asked to stop was a lobby in a doctors office once.

I have yet to be asked to stop. I’ve noticed that fixie seems to put people off less compared to unresponsive.

Just gotta gauge your surroundings, and it sounds like OP did, just luck of the draw, I imagine. I would’ve yo-yoed there
