What should I clean my bearings with?

I was going to use mineral oil but I heard someone say it was kind of thick and they use sewing machine oil.

What should I get ???

You can use sewing machine oil as lube! I use zippo lighter fluid to clean. I’ve never tried mineral spirits.

I like using acetone to get rid of any lube.
For regular upkeep cleaning, I like to use distilled water and/or compressed air.
Many people also recommend mineral spirits to clean.

I also heard that sewing oil is thicker than trumpet valve oil (thin lube supposedly is like trumpet valve oil).

Lighter Fluid would really be the best. It works really well, and is the best IMO.
