This is a very very hard thing to do, but i went with the crayon. That nice organic shape is so comfortable and fun to play with, and performs extremely well also. Runner ups are the Nifty and Hatchet 2 for being extremely good players.
I don’t have them all, and I’m sure most people don’t. So, I’ll list what I have, so that you know what I’m not including in my opinion. So far, I have:
Nifty
Hatchet
Hatchet 2
IMP
Musket
Orbis
Brave
Jaeger
Lava
I had a Kilter and a Fit, but gave them away. I really enjoy the original Hatchet the most so far, with Nifty a close second. Lots of the models are really good though, like IMP, Lava and Brave are all good. I didn’t really enjoy Jaeger or Orbis as much. I have a Quash coming soon. Second to YoyoFactory, I really like Yoyofficer’s commitment to making reasonably priced, great playing yo-yos, with such great looking ano’. A few of mine:

what does that brave play like?
I love my Orbis. It was my first aluminum throw. Light and dead smooth stock. I have the black/silver one, which turns into a beautiful gunmetal color when spinning. I can get it to sleep 2.5 minutes+ easy.
