Oh thatā€™s a cool one, I remember when I was first learning it I couldnā€™t figure out how to get them to flip without crashing into each other :joy: I gave up for a bit and tried again later on and it just clicked

New Yearā€™s Resolutions:

1: Compete in at least one contest.

2: Teach twice as many people how to bind than I did in 2018. (That would be 2 x 13-15 = teach at least 30 people)

3: Start some sort of yoyo club/community at college.

4: Meet Jaxon Roberts (Iā€™ve been hearing a lot about him from different people. He also lives like three hours away from me)

5: Learn Bass Jump. (Iā€™m currently stuck on going from the third hop to the fourth hop)

My goal is to be more consistent with the tricks I know and to learn harder tricks, especially ones with slack and whip elements. Another goal is to get over dinging a throw.

Just picked up a yoyo VERY recently, so Iā€™ve got a million. Basically sums up to: get better haha.

Iā€™d really like to make it to an industry event this year though. And just get to know people in the scene in general. Iā€™m in Portland Oregon, so Iā€™m thinking Iā€™ll try to get to PNW Regionals. From what little Iā€™ve read so far, it seems like a great one to attend, and if I remember correctly, itā€™s in Seattle, so thatā€™ll be an easy trip.

I remember I couldnā€™t get an exact date yet for this year, so if anyone knows more info, it would be much appreciated.
