So i’ve received a yoyo that isn’t working correct or has false parts, what do I do to receive a new one, repair it, etc?

contact yoyoexpert if you bought the yoyo from them and ask about it. im sure if it came with faulty parts they will replace it no charge.

If you bought it new, contact the store you bought it from and describe the problem politely.
If you bought it used, contact the seller and describe the problem politely.
