Ok my name is Jake, and i got my “DUNCAN Metal Zero” yo-yo in the mail today, and i took it out of the box and started using it right away. On the second down throw i noticed it wasn’t tightly screw on, and when i went to screw it on i (also) noticed that one of the parts on my yo-yo was striped so when i go to screw it in all it does is spin and fall off >:( . Can i send it back and get it fixed or replaced? :cry: :-\ :-[
