Vibe on new yoyo

I recently bought a new yoyo and it has a significant amount of fingernail vibe. Although it’s brand new and more expensive than any throw I own, it has more fingernail vibe than my cheapest, most beaten up yoyos.

Is this normal? If not, how do I go about fixing this?

Which yoyo is it? And how much? If you payed a significant amount I’d try to get a replacement!!
