Oooooo that white!! I so wish I captured a picture of mine before I started playing it! It turns a nice grayish in no time. Oils from our hands I’m guessing. I just couldn’t wait. I hope you don’t mind, I’m saving your photo to my camera roll.

Yea, I’ve been babying this one. I have full coverage yoyo gloves on both hands whenever I throw it (before I even take it out of the box) and I wipe it down with dry Kleenex before putting it away (not the ones with the lotion, of course!).
Not sure if that will really help much yet, but I’m giving it a shot

A damp towel with warm soapy water should get it looking as good as new again. You’re just getting the coated surface dirty, it’s not actually getting a proper patina or anything.
