fabcon or fabric conditioner is a liquid used to soften clothes when they are being washed, or specially treated squares of cloth used to soften clothes in the dryer. Also its smells fragrant.
This is more common to used in a laundry after you washed your clothes with detergent.

We never use it on our production runs, but the machine rig does the job in order to achieve our three different kinds of textures from soft, medium and coarse.
