I was tempted, how does it play?
It’s true. Deth and I are old fast friends. He’s the Man. His stock of old is quite vast. Like the Man himself. Nice score buddy!
Been after a micro rc buggy for a long time (that isn’t toy grade)… Finally found a 1/24 buggy! Recently got this itch to dust off some of my RCs.
It’s so small! Now to upgrade the battery to really give this some pep (as if it doesn’t already have some)
I’ve got some tiny helicopters somewhere in the game room. Fun yet dangerous. I like that!
The Theodore is intense, out of the box, Shoot the Moons to Spirit Bombs in consecutive throws. Its a surreal experience to play, as if all of my playing hours have been training me to shred on this throw, an instant level up.
it came with a ton of extras. They are chunkier than I expected and the rubber bands are way grippier than I imagined, but those might be good things. I’m loving the look and feel.
They even have cool tape!
I now have a MFD shirt, hoodie and Begleri.
Now if only I could score one of their yo-yos.
But they always sell out before I notice they have released anything. And yes I am a zoo member, but my memory is garbage.
Very lovely, did you get two from the drop?
Yeah
out of curiosity, is the Mary the latest model of 2009 blue / green (56 x 46 - 69 gr.) obtained from an exchange of cups or is it another model re-anodized?
Thank you!
But i stayed out of the pre-order because i got these 2. I wanted to give new fans of ray’s a chance to get their hands on one of his old colorways remastered
Fair enough! They’re both very nice. Which one are you liking more?
OT
since you like them … she is 33 years old (third series 1989 … strictly made in Japan!) … immaculately maintained … 1:12 … 4x4 with two-shaft transmission with differentials …
It was an eBay purchase with no details about the colorway. I assume that it’s an “unswapped” blue/green. That being said, the measurements don’t match that version. I don’t have calipers or the best scale, but I get 52 x 38, and 68 or 70 gms (depending on where I put it on the scale).
I’m pretty sure I got one exactly like that for Christmas when I was a kid
These little things on top are just annoying. They just rattle and make noise. I wish they were attached.
Have you tried slinging without them or do you just really want the extra weight? I haven’t tried any MFD sets myself because they’re all so heavy compared to what I normally play (7-8g sets)
Not yet but that’s what I’m going to try
