Deeper State from One Drop! The Deep State has been one of my all time favorites for a while, and I’ve just been waiting for a drop in Saturday Market. This doesn’t disappoint. Super smooth and fun, a little more capable for my favorite 1A. The color on this one is so hot and fiery I love it, one of the more unique SM’s I have.
Also made a super impulse purchase that I’m so happy I made. Markmont’s new skill toy/manipulation object, the Crease, in Titanium with the bubble rainbow anodizing. Apparently its a One Drop original design and was machined by them too. Super fun to hold and move around in the hand, very tactile and feels great.

I just got the first release from Turner Return Tops, the Buoy! in the Moon Rock colorway. The Citrus Splash colorway was really tempting since I’m a big fan of orange, but I don’t have any yoyos that even come close to the look and feel of this one. It’s an exceptionally smooth finish that looks about as matte as you can possibly get. It’s beautiful, and I can’t even come close to capturing that with my phone’s camera.

Yeah, I’m holding to my opinion. It’s smaller, obviously, but for me, I put it pretty close to my Top Deck as far as forgivingness and how I myself feel it stays with me even when I am in the middle of things and they are not going so perfect. Opinions about yoyos are so objective though. A lot of times my head is so cluttered and worked into a very stressed out mess that I want to pick up a yoyo that is not going to make me feel worse. I want a yoyo that I don’t have to baby and pamper and will just allow me to turn my brain off and put it through what I know with no hassles even if my throwing is pretty off. That yoyo is my Top Deck or Little League. My opinion is based on my skill level and what I know how to do.

I definitely get that for sure and that’s my experience with the Top Deck too. I think you are convincing me I need to try a Little League.

Cool. I’m not recommending the Little League, just sharing what my opinion of it is. I don’t like recommending yoyos since there are so many factors that can make a yoyo a favorite for one person but unlikeable for another person. I’m sure you could BST it easily.
