What cleaner is best?

Hey. I have a question. What is the best way to clean a bearing. Mineral Spirits, Lighter Fluid [and what kind. Like Zippo Fluid? Or Charcoal stufff] or some other method? Please respond. Thanks[:

And also, I read that Electrical Contact Cleaner is amazing. True?

My friend has used the zippo fluid with no problems. I use mineral spirits and not had a problem. 5$ at home depot and lasts forever.

I keep hearing how awesome mineral spirits is so I don’t think you could say it is bad.
