My shoulder is in excruciating pain after throwing about 5 hours the past 2 days in addition to all my other activitiesā¦would like to throw my Quake around some more but Iām afraid Iāll make it worse.
Eliminating hooks and Brent Stoles from my daily play has made a tremendous difference. Iāve had legions of people convince me that itās just my technique (ie. I really do believe them) but I canāt afford to work on my technique to make it better. I donāt āneedā those tricks to have fun.
(that said, I do want and over-hook in my repertoireā¦ grrā¦)

Today itās been sine//saw, prestige, quake and Iām going to pick up my majesty some time soon.
Yeah everything Iāve been trying to learn lately is really arm intensive (and when I suck at it I flail around even more lol) plus I work out about 2 hours every day too, guess something just had to give.
Got my Copperwood Y-Factor today. As far as colorways go it is one of my favorite darker yoyos already, has a really unique appearance that none of my other throws duplicate. As far as playing goes, itās really fun, almost like an 888 and a Skyline gave birth to a more solid feeling OneDrop child. Iāve been playing so many stable mid/full sized yoyos lately that itās not surprising that this yoyo isnāt exactly blowing me away but I got a great deal for it which Iām really happy about since Iāve passed on quite a few Y-Factors hoping that eventually the right colorway would come along for the right price.
