The Heligoats are pretty calming, and they can get you pretty pumped while throwing.
I listen to electro house, but to be honest the only artist I know is Deadmau5. I don’t like Skrillex, too much noise and not enough melody. I also listen to slow stuff, like Coldplay and The Fray
