Just finished up some courses to become CPR and First Aid certified
CPR really intimidates me and I hope I never have to perform it on someone . I found out that nearly a third of people who have gotten CPR ended up with an injury from it (usually cracked or broken ribs).
But man I learned a lot and it feels really good to know this stuff now. I also learned how to perform the Heimlich maneuver and how to operate an AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
Yeah man, you should try and make the next one.
Couple of people travelled from far away. We even had a guest from the States that was visiting UK for a few months.
I need some good notice in advance so I can get train tickets and accomodation as cheap and as affordable as I can. Cornwall although not too far away feels much further when getting in and out of the county, bveing 6’ 4" the furthest I can manage on a coach is Bristol.
I’ve had a very productive day, doing lots of important stuff. I’ve been three-boxing Dungeon Defenders 2, ordered some cables from Amazon so I could better organize my three-boxing setup. And most importantly, I researched mini yoyos and added one to my wish list.
Continued to fight off this bug by sleeping in, just hung around the house today. Working on my zipper stalls and kick flips, I was showing a friend some stuff with 0a that he can work on (got him a butterfly XT for Xmas). He had never seen a kick flip before and it blew his mind when I finally landed one.
Today consisted of quick run to Walmart/grab breakfast, come home and work on some 0a (day off ftw). While working on Stop 'n Hops, I was watching my security camera monitor like a hawk for that magical moment the FedEx guy came down the street (which didn’t take long ). As soon as that happened, I opened it, strung up the Moonshine and tested it out…grabbed lunch and finished out with filming a trick (I forgot how aggravating filming tricks are as I seldom do it these days…it’s still frustrating!).
