One of my favorite songs of all time! The whole album is amazing and is worth listening to beginning to end. I never cared for any of their other songs / albums. I still have this on the cassette that I got in 1982.

Earthion just come out a few weeks ago though? Regardless Yuzo Koshiro is the FM synth master.

True true. Seeing the release of Earthion prompted an immediate nostalgia flash for me and I found myself re-enjoying smashers like ‘Bubbleman Stage’ from Mega Man 2 or Ducktales’ ‚Moonstage‘ and 16 and 8-bit remixes
