What are good flowable silicone replacements?

Other than RTV. I recently figured that neither my nearby OSH nor Home Depot
have any Flowable/RTV silicone. Is there any silicone that would replace it well?

I did buy a “DAP All-purpose Adhesive Sealant 100% silicone” and it is pretty
decent (other than the fact that makes the yoyo pretty snaggy)but I feel like
there must be something better than this.

You might have better luck in an auto parts store for the flowable if one is near you.

nvm

actually works pretty nicely. It was just my problem with putting in the silicone.
The snag went away and now it is perfect
