Oh I totally get where you’re coming from @Kray They are super capable machines but there were some that were duds, the first generation are the ones that had most of the problems. V2 were a huge upgrade. When I bought mine it was pretty much what the ender 3 is now (ender was actually a spin-off of the wanhao) Everyone raved about them because they were cheap and fairly reliable and upgradeable. I chose to keep mine because it was a performer with all of the upgrades I did to it.
I will definitely agree with you about buying a new printer now though, money is well spent on newer 32-bit machines like the ender 3 or cr10, etc. They are practically the same machines but much better made and supported. Wanhao is pretty much dead at this point.
