The only way I could think of would be to pop the caps off and try to find some weight rings to fit inside.

Metal rings or anything the can fit in the side of yoyo that has weight… Like in legacy
If you have an Ace Hardwear store they have a wide range of o-rings that are rubber you may find some thing that fits, that is what i did for my X-Con
