I have some Canopy Rope and I noticed half of it reacts pretty good to UV light, unlike pretty much all the other white string I have. What other brands have some UV reaction to their white blends?

still have some of my fancy strings from months ago when i was just getting back into throwing, such a treat
are they washable? (i mean yes but is it recommended?)

Should be totally fine. I can’t prove it though. I’ve yet to wash them. I try to just keep making more to stay in the habit. A few string batches back, I put a new string on every yo-yo I own. Haven’t changed them since. I will wash all of those soon just to see.
The vast percentage is most definitely nylon!
I suggest a light dish soap like dawn
