String - Good or Bad?

Hi, I’ve been trying out some new yoyo strings and was wondering if any of you have put together a spread sheet or something along the lines to find which strings are the most well suited for all styles of play.

Sorry Cake’s thread is way better than this one could ever be. Could you delete this one Captrogers (If you are a staff member)

Staff members have a shield badge, and probably trust level ‘leader’, and would be part of the moderator group:

@jhb8426 the OP wanted this thread deleted.

I imagine throwing together a little write up won’t be frowned on everyone loves to see different perspectives and string is super preferential and subjective so more folks with perspectives isn’t a bad thing just wanted to toss a thread out that I know has done the work

Feel free to comment on Cake’s topic or keep this one going. There are a number of thread topics the same as with a bunch of other varied topics on most things here. In most cases, there is no definitive topic…

Pea Soup Strings should get more love here imo. They’re a new string maker out of Canada and the strings are terrific! My favorite are the blue/yellow wooly ones. They’ve got a little bounce and a bit of a break in period but after a few minutes they’re amazing. They’re smooth, even the “wooly” ones. I like that they’re a bit thinner than ZS.Air (which get hyped all the time and for good reason.)

@RealGambit customer service is above and beyond good too.

Maybe I’ll get some and share my opinions.

Wow. Thank you.

That is really appreciated. It means a lot.

I am making some new strings for the store and a new event is coming soon for Pea Soup Strings. More strings, less colors.

Stay tuned.

Im definitely going to check them out. I currently use zipline but often the shipping to Canada is more than the strings i purchase.

You will love them.

The Whiteout strings are so good, you’ll blame them for missing work.
