So whats the longest you’ve ever used one piece of string?
Depends on the string. Toxic dragon strings get better with age. I use them for months.
Some string, like kitty string, I’ll play until the bounce is gone so switch it out more often. With these types of string I’m specifically playing because I want something with bounce though.

I’ve used a polyester bulk string for a couple of weeks untill I got a knot in it and threw it out. My looping yoyo string is like 9 months old cause I never use it! 
1 year old. Used every day. It was once neon yellow. Now it’s beige, brown; almost black. There is some yellow showing through. It also reeks to heck (you only make that mistake once).
