Man, just go to the hardware store and pick up some general purpose, synthetic lube, like gun lube or fishing reel lube.
Here’s one: It’s a synthetic, teflon based lube Made by Synco, sold under the Radio Shack Label. Sold under their own label it’s known as Synco Super Lube.

You can use regular baby oil which are just mineral oil with fragrance.
What kind of lamp oil are you talking about?
There’s more than one type.
There’s a lamp oil for oil lamps (medallion lamp oil), it’s for kerosene lamps/heaters, basically odorless kerosene.
And there’s lamp oil for oil candles (ultra-pure lamp oil), paraffin oil.
If you have ultra-pure lamp oil or it says on the bottle for oil candles, you can use that.
Many trumpet players use ultra-pure lamp oil to save money.
