The Flying Lemon is a Spinworthy yo-yo.
Woops
close enough they both have spin in the name.
Sometimes ya gotta be willing to drop a little more for high quality stuff unfortunately. And if Iโm being honest 110$ is pretty average for a high quality bi-metal
The Baryon sold for $63.99-$68.99. Itโs an amazing yoyo
Especially one including licensing
Oh man Iโm tempted to offer mine because I like the ringbearer, but the lemon is special to meโฆ dang haha
To be fair to other yo-yos, Baryon was sold at yyfr anniversary pricing which most non-OEM-affiliated brands are not going to be able to match.
shhh we glaze the baryon shhh
I found the Duncan Roadrunner fun. Inexpensive as well.
You will regret getting rid of the ringbearer. You can always throw it over carpet. One day you will have the experience to throw any size yoyo, And you will probably change your mind quite a few times before that happens. Be patient. Donโt be so hasty. You are just beginning your journey and dropping a bill on a great yoyo is not something to regret.
This is very good advice.
I will say you may also regret getting rid of it some day
Iโm not getting rid of anything. ???
oh not you, OP
Tomorrow Iโm starting my yo-yo journey. Tomorrow is day 1. Going to be a fun journey. Gotta find some guides and watch lots of videos. Starting with beginner tricks of course at first but excited to learn more complex tricks in the future
Iโm confused! Tomorrow is day one, but you already know what you like and how much money is too much. And you know that more expensive yoyos arenโt worth it, because they donโt play any better.
May I ask to dm me and keep me updated? You seem like a community delight!! We all love you here!!
Itโs hard to explain but ill do my best. I bought the mk1 ring bearer and the edition forma. I also bought the knotcreators S2 and then motionyoyo perpendicular also have the yoyofriends ultracut
2 are undersize and 2 are full size and the ultracut being on the really big side. I donโt mind the ring bearer or forma but ever since I got the S2 and perpendicular I just like how they feel in my hands.
Iโm new to yoyos so Iโm learning basic tricks right now so Iโm not the best with tricks but I do know what feels good in my hand. The. Ultracut is just way to big I donโt like it.
Perfect. You have a couple that feel good and a couple that eventually will feel good as well. Now just learn a whole bunch of mounts and how to put them together and youโll be well on your way. Donโt overthink things. Itโs a great hobby and pastime. There are enough mounts to learn for a lifetime and you will come to appreciate the variety in different yoyo sizes and designs
