I have been trying to loop for a couple days now and i have read the advice on how the yoyo should be tilted on the first throw. Thats what i do. The first throw is 1 or 2 o’clock. Then the first loop is at 12. Then 11. then completly sideways and out of control and hits me in the head! I’ve tried tilting my hand and everything but it doesn’t work! plz help…
I don’t do much of this, but the consensus seems to be more practice. when you start to lose control, stop and restart, rather than trying to recover. You’ll get better feel for doing it the correct way that way. That and not tilting your wrist along with the yoyo.
This guy has some good advice http://www.yoyoing.com/shawn/guides/inside.cgi
Hope that helps

make a fuller looping motion with your hand.
Thnks, i found another post the said to focus on making the circle perfectly straight
Looping is pretty simple, and you have the concept down though I personally dont KEEP tilting I start with a tilted forward pass and loop it then I just keep going, I dont tilt more after every loop. It works for me, but YMMV. Hopefully it helps, keep practicing you will get it, and prolly a few bruised fingertips too
Good Luck
cool i just gotwhere i can do like 20 on my right hand. Now i’ve got to learn how to do it on my left!
