Two questions about the Cascade

Just to be clear, i already have a Cascade.
What i’m wondering about is it possible to get your hands on a yellow/gold one as used in this clip? Havent seen them in any online store. If anyone know about a store, could you please PM me with details? Greatly appreciated.

And secondly, whats your favourite SE’s to use on the Cascade and why? Just tried domes on mine, eager to try something else.

I have tried a few domes just feel right.
