Trick got ya stumped?

Yo the jimmy redirect! Nice! This trick is sweet! The trick is to pull your hands apart at the right time and it’ll do the thing. @ice1000 has a good tutorial for this element they can prolly share or I think they also uploaded it to skilladdicts idk if you’re there or not though. Good luck!

Yo lets goooo I love this trick lol the two key things are make sure the nth thumb is pulling back the string and when you release, pull your hands apart decently hard and to make the string go phwip and catch the Yoyo. these kinds of slacks feel really good to land. Feel feee to dm a vid if you still can’t get it and maybe I can help spot what’s going wrong idk good luck yo !

I just got it for the first time!! I had a string twist in the hook that shouldnt be there I dont think but close enough to get me hyped and motivated. Hope I can keep it going now. I usually love Throw’s tutorials but the one you shared and the Matio one were a lot more helpful. Gonna keep on working on it. Thanks guys!

edit: Got it a couple more times. I keep having a twist I don’t think I should have though. Gotta watch the video again and make sure.

Let’s GOOOO!!! lol The most likely thing and what I think is probably happening is the U shape of string is probably hooking the front half of the Yoyo instead of the back. I’m just guessing but that’s a pretty common way to get a twist after catching the Yoyo and happens to me too sometimes .

basic loop wraps and around the world wraps. sometimes they just work perfectly and other times they try to transition into tangler. I still havent figured out how to consistently keep the loop and wrap planes seperate. also, the wrap keeps getting hung up on my wrist for some unknowable reason, it just gets hung up on something while I’m exiting the wrap.

Does anyone have any cool front exiting green triangles?

I’m working on a trick and I’m stuck trying to find a cool triangle to transition.

Needs to be in this configuration. But can’t seem to find anything I love to get there

I’m not getting the Seasick trick,…I dont know how to start the movement and initiate the trick…would really love to learn it,…as there are different variations of it that really look appealing to me. Thank you, any advise is appreciated!

This is the best tutorial by far. Seasick is hard.

when i do certain triangles like ninja vanish for example, it gets snaggy if i try to manipulate it at all, like it binds and pops me in my nth knuckles. any tips on that?

You can even pop the yoyo in front and catch it with crossed arms ready to bind.

You can reversed that triangle but is a bit hard is sort of pop it out and sort of ninja vanish to reverse triangle.

If it’s not the end of the combo you can also continue from the triangle.

There are many ways to get free from there, I will not use hooks or similar as it is “expected”

That’s a good one too thanks!

Practicing all these exercises will help generally get the feel for not snagging in snag prone mounts. Some triangles are just prone to snagging but you can fight against it with technique.

Seasick is def a tough trick… that’s avoiding me; along with follows… also the yoyojoe meta slack tutorial. The second part where you do the double whip. That first whip to get the loop around is so hard . It looks so simple but it’s like an iron whip motion I think a little so hard for that first slack to come around
