I think it is my family. I donāt come from a ābroken homeā per say, but me and my parents donāt agree on anything. The way our arguments end is that I have to lie and say āI understandā

Life can be that way. Iām sorry. When Iām having a rough time I try to find someone else who has it worse and help them. It helps put things into perspective. It can be hard though, and everyone in life is going to hurt you probably some way or another whether they mean to or not. There is some quote that says you just have to find the ones worth suffering for. I donāt remember who said it. I hope things get better for you soon.

You should tell your parents about it. While telling us could help a little, it would not solve the problem. The only way to solve the problem is to tell them.

School always sucks, especially when you have to pay for it.
You canāt just switch over to a healthy diet. The shock can make you sick try choosing a healthy side with your meal ie fruit with that greasy burger.
If you want to feel better try running a āDallas mileā or āgassersā until you puke. If you exhaust your body until you are almost sick you will feel awesome. When your tired you donāt have time to worry about anything but breathing. Itās like meditating but on, āGod Modeā.
Personally, when Iām having a bad day, I wait until the dead of night (1am-3am) and walk down the street in my bare feet with this song playing in my headphones:
You want to talk about godmode, this is my god mode. Especially after doing all of that benching.
Exercise though. Endorphins make you happy and you will sleep better. Just find some sort of tranquil spot secluded and do what makes you happy. For me. I listen to some dubstep and chill out on my roof. It just makes everything better imo.
As for healthy food, make a gradual switch. Or find things that are deceptively healthy.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. I have no Idea what anybody is talking about when they say working out relieves stress
It makes me more stressed thinking that I struggle with an 8 pound free weight!
Honestly I HATE working out, and I feel like crap afterwards. Only reason I do it is because I have a strange fear of being over weight. I donāt know, I am like 113 pounds though. (Also, chloe moretz wouldnāt ever love me if she new that my arms are scrawnier than two toothpicks taped together)
