The top 3 Worlds performances that come to mind for me are Jensen Kimmitt in 2010, Zach Gormley in 2015, and Evan Nagao in 2019.

Not sure about top 10, but a lot of people were very impressed.
Marcus Koh is definitely up there.
Gentry 2014 is too, after defeating Takeshi despite being several points lower in the technical execution category. People really started taking another look at the performance evaluation points after that.
That is precisely the kind of thing I was writing about on another thread. If it makes you feel good to say it; you probably should not say it.
