This is also a good point, I tend to get more pain when I really yeet the throw as hard as I can to increase spin time for longer combos.
When I’m a bit more conservative it isn’t quite as bad but somedays the pain can just show up out of no where - particularly after I wake up (especially in my hands)
Yea. throwers arm, that’s how I got it. Totally. yup.
Only time I ever had throwers are is when I was trying to get the high score on my Yomega RPM.

Tends to happen from repeated overuse and stress (which I guess could happen with what you’re implying, lol)
I dunno, I never used to have pains like this - until I got older. So I’d be a bit surprised to see these kinds of issues in younger folks.
If you’re consistently throwing as hard as possible though for 8 hours a day, then I suppose it could.
When mine starts aching I do some ninja vanishes and eli hops to work my left arm a bit. Also, working out outside of yoyo is a great idea🤙
