Hey guys been watching this and the gt at 1:29 and 2:51 does it have any tutorials?

The one at 2:51 is called a red triangle, because you don’t need to pop out of it and you can just drop it. All he does then is throw it under and back to his hand like a suicide. This is basically what he’s doing:

As for the one at 1:29, I don’t know.
