But even more amazing is how this thread is just moving down the page without anybody recognizing his contributions to Yoyos or just to say ‘Happy Birthday Chris’.

I’m a bit confused; The Yo-yo Wiki, on which I am an editor, said that Doctor Popular was the one who invented P213. Was it Chris Neff or DocPop who invented it? I need some clarification, please. :-\
But, Chris was the first to try and spin a doughnut throw!
