I only just now noticed–upon looking at the specs–that this is kind of a small-ish yoyo, at least by modern standards. At approximately 53mm x 42mm, it definitely sits at the very (small) end of today’s “full size throw” size spectrum.
Which color looks best:
- Black
- Raw (Silver)
- Grey
Ya, I noticed that today too. Same diameter as the cascade, slightly less width. That’s good with me, the cascade is my current favourite throw.
I have to stay late at work and if I miss a black one I SWEAR TO GOD
I got a black one with the mindset that I can strip and anodize it myself if I want to
oh no I should have gotten gray
Am I the only one who notices this is what the website tab says? The part saying “Legendary” is so extra but I also like it
I got the gray and was thinking the same thing.
This poll isn’t narrowing it down very much
I voted once for each color as I realize that my bad***ness, would cause everyone to vote accordingly. Thanks @codinghorror for bringing this personality trait to my attention as it has allowed me to prevent the color poll from being skewed.
Yeah not too helpful is it lol
Well there’s a already poll in the first post about color, not sure why we need another one …
Maybe color preferences have changed since the original post?
Maybe, but the person that made the poll was looking for what color to get for himself initially.
Also, preferences changing in regards to the mass consensus of the community are a bit late post production. That wouldn’t really do anything but help the secondary market.
The term “raw” sounds a little dirty and makes me feel uncomfortable.
Lets call it “bare back” instead.
Now we can see what the options actually look like…
Or “nude”
I thought the most anticipated/exciting part would be the release day. I’m now realizing that waiting for it to come in the mail is indeed the most difficult (but rewarding) step to this process
I still want to know if the bearing posts are short enough to accommodate a half-spec bearing… are you there @codinghorror? Don’t let my dreams be dreams.
I honestly have no idea! Let me try it a bit later.
