White tea. It tastes good, it is very good for you, and it is very mild. You can also control the mildness of your tea by how long you steep it. Green tea is my favorite, and it is also very good for you. You can add other things to the tea(such as fruit juices, honey, sugar, etc…) to dilute the flavor if it is too strong.

Yes. Ti kuan yin is premium chinese tea. So, you could also say tea/green tea is to yoyos/CLYW as ti kuan yin is to a Chief.
